Make sure the Uhaul is clean. There was cigarette ash on the seats and ground, and a ton of dirt all over the back

Apparently, the manager had no idea how to run the program to return the truck. Said that the person that knew how to run it was out of the country. I waited for an hour and a half while he tried to get into the computer talking with U-Haul on the line and I finally told them I had to leave as I had somebody waiting to give me a ride. And would be back for the deposit the next day
Kelli DGot to this location to drop the truck and trailer off. They could not get into their computer system to do anything. So I had to stand around waiting for over an hour, while they try to figure it out. I had somebody waiting for me as I had no vehicle., so I ended up leaving after an hour and a half and told him I would be back the next day.
