Cody MDo surprise checks , I have rented two different types of u hauls from two different places in Alberta in the last ?3 months and each one was bad no help no assistance no accessories. I’m 72 years my daughter is 50 years and we had to do everything our self ,if someone asked I would say don’t rent a U-Haul in Alberta
