Customer Service was rude and unhelpful and actually cruel in mean hearted. I’m sorry I ever used this U-Haul. I’ll never do it again and I ask all my rentals to be elsewhere and we rent all the time for local moves of food to food pantries to help assist people who can’t feed themselves.
