JUNER CExtremely rude customer service , the lady working there was trying to kick us out the store. We felt racially mistreated, and to add to it we turned in the rental with a full tank and she charged our bill 3 gallons on fuel . Extremely distasteful, not the treatment I expect from a company in America.
YANER AWe were charged more for mileage on the smallest van than we were for the actual rental charge. Probably would have been cheaper to rent a larger one and not have to pay mileage. Next time I will probably rent a Home Depot truck it might be cheaper.
