JUNER CExtremely rude customer service , the lady working there was trying to kick us out the store. We felt racially mistreated, and to add to it we turned in the rental with a full tank and she charged our bill 3 gallons on fuel . Extremely distasteful, not the treatment I expect from a company in America.
YANER AI had to bring the truck back at 11:30 that’s what the lady told me the day before she called me the next morning with super rude attitude and she kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain to her that I was told 11:30 she kept yelling and talking over me . she has no respect and respectfully no morals. I came in person to bring the truck back and she still had an attitude with me for no reason I tried to be nice about the situation but she was just beyond rude and she is racist
