Personal experience could been better if guy could have been more clear on where to park or the fact that it was busy gas station.
jennifer cThe truck had blood on the arm rest and bits of glass on the floor. I don't think it had been looked over before renting. Th people at the place were hard to understand. They didn't speak very good English.
Celeste YWires that help with door were off pulleys. Made very difficult to open, keep open and close. Made person aware when returned (local use). He was very polite. Just equipment issue. No biggy.
Phillip GI was under the impression that uhaul a responsible for attaching to the trailer to the automobile. No one showed up when I gave him the time I was to arrive, so I attached it my self.
