Tony BI made a reservation a week in advance to avoid any delays during my trip, but when I arrived at the location I selected, neither the truck nor the car-towing dolly were there. I had to pay for another Uber ride to pick up the truck at a different location. After loading my belongings, I had to drive to yet another location to get the towing dolly. Additionally, I had added an appliance dolly to my reservation, and it was not in the truck. I called customer service, and they simply told me that they didn’t have one available. Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. I have rented with you before and never had any issues until now.
FRANCISCO GThe site was excellent, but the truck's cab was quite dirty. I spent time cleaning it before my trip. The hold of the truck, however, was very clean.
