J'ai trouvé que les pneus étaient vraiment usées, pour le milage que j'avais à faire, mais la personne m'a dit qu'il ne devait pas avoir de problème.

Kevin BI checked opening hours before going there and we rushed to finish. We got there 1.5 hours prior to closing, there was no one there. I tried calling uhaul before going and while on site to get assistance. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes and never got through, so we left. We wanted to do a walk through because we saw a dent on the skirting after we picked up the truck and it was pre existing. and there was a leak in the truck and my stuff got wet. Poor and stressful experience overall.
