a l'accueil ,la dame m'a dit que u haul me donnait un crédit de 37$ dû au changement de lieu (St-Etienne a rue du Ferblantier) pour la prise de possession du camion. de plus le 25$ pour le nettoyage n'a jamais été mentionné lors de la soumission (je n'ai jamais été facturé lors de toute mes réservations.) il y a des depositaire plus proche de ma résidence
jacques LThe locator aand the truck were excellent. The problem was the return. I've done 81 km with the truck, but the U-Haul Apps think it 81 MILES. The difference is huge on the bill. I spoke on the phone with the U-Haul support but I have have no choice to close the bill with the error to "close de location". I'm waiting for a call back from U-Haul to credit the millages error and the get a credit about that.
