Le lieu de ramassage du camion a été changé la veille et en plus, c’était loin de notre lieu de départ et de surcroît on a du faire face à plus de circulation Ça nous a pris 1 heure avec l’application u-haul pour avoir accès au camion. Nous avons du être aidé en ligne pour réussir. La dame en ligne était courtoise et compétente.
Pierre GNot honest about the level of fuel and cleanliness. Not honest about mileage. Instructions for returning the French application of Uhaul very badly done. Not satisfied at all. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul anymore. and the intention to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office. It makes it impossible to select "NO" to the question would you recommend this establishment
