😫Expérience client pourrait être meilleure si ce n’était pas autant compliqué pour l’essence. Full gaz au départ et Full gaz à le remise. Il me semble que ce serait plus facile pour tout le monde. J’imagine que vous faites des profits avec cette technique de barre 1/4, 5/16, 1/2…. 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫Mais honnêtement c’est un casse tête pour nous. Ça a mis une ombre sur mon expérience de location
Lucie VNot the best experience. I returned the truck earlier, 2h30 instead of 16h. I give the key back, get in my car, open the app and see the return option, go back in to take back the key to take the photos needed to return. The employee tell me that there is no need to do this since I gave the key back. Later this day, I open the app and see that the location is still active with notifications sayings I pass the return time. They did not close the location. I call, left a message to call back the next day, without calling me back, close it without mentionning that I return it before the time schedule, so I paid full price for there incompetence
Antoine RExpliquer comment fonctionne le véhicule pour les clients qui viennent d'Europe, car ces véhicules n'existent pas en Europe. Le passage de vitesse avec la manivelle sur le volant on ne connait pas.
Christophe VJ'ai dú trouver quelwu'un pour conduire un 26 pieds parce wue le seul 10pieds de disponible était à 1h de route de cjez.moi en sens inverse d'où je déménageait! Donc avoir plus de camion distribué partout.
