I had a guaranteed location for the May 13th 73929827 and was able to get a trailer only on the 15th. Clerk said that because it was not available as per my reservation that it was going to be free. Received my receipt and look on my credit card and I was charge for it. I think if a company advise that it will do some thing, I believe they will do it and not lie to get the business. Thank you, Robert
