When I arrived at the drop-off location, the mobile app didn't work, so I had to complete the return over the phone. During that first contact, the agent told me they didn't accept returns at that location, but I informed them it was the exact spot from my booking 2.5 months ago, so they transferred me to someone else. In the end, it took me about 30 minutes to finish the drop-off over the phone. Terrible service no matter how you look at it.

We were charged an extra $197 for a 10-minute delay due to traffic. When we wanted to extend our rental by an hour, we were rudely refused. He told us he took a $100 deposit at the start of the rental as a security deposit, but we never heard back.

MARTIN FI was charged 70$ to fill the truck even though I sent it back at the same gauge it was when I began my rental. When I picked it, I added a 20$ of gaz for the duration of my rental and I brought it back where it back at the same spot it was when I began my rental. Next time, I'll rent my truck from a company that doesn't steal my money to fill their gas tank
Jean-Michel CThe rental pick up location was excellent. But the reservation web site was unpleasant and harassing with many pages of offer that I didn't need. Furthermore, I had first selected no insurance, but the system get it back in the paiement page. I had to delete it again, check the final amount. This practice goes again the law of my location. If I decide to rent again with UHAUL, I will contact consumer protection, if the rent web site still like I was this week.
