We were late hitting the Uhaul‘s to the truck, but Samantha the field manager was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with
RONALD SThe field manager was amazing and helping us show her the location of where the gas had been siphoned and was very apologetic. The gentleman checking us in lacked in his communication skills and made us feel like it was our fault.
SHAD HWe were late getting to the drop off spot and the gentleman checking us in was rude and irritated that we were late and they were ready to close. We apologized, but didn’t seem to make a difference to him.
