MARTIN KS C I folks are great. Uhaul not so much, left me without a truck for 5 hours which is problematic for staying on schedule. Uhaul called me the day before the reservation to let me know the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available but they would upgrade me to 20’. I showed up to find that there wasn’t any trucks available, then I received multiple text messages bouncing me around town where they also didn’t have a truck. Finally I called S C I just to make sure they didn’t have the truck. Can’t trust what uhaul.com is sending, in the future I’ll call the local business and deal with them. S C I is great!
