Get a different padlock. Thought you gave me the wrong combination, but after a half hour of fiddling with it, I finally got it to open. Also, the U-Haul app is terrible…but that is not this location’s fault.

Truck was full of bugs on the window

MYRA CUnfortunately, this was the third location I had to go to for my "Guaranteed " truck. It is unacceptable that no one told me a truck wasn't available at my selected location until a text message 16 hours before pickup. Customer service then guaranteed me in writing a truck at a second location the next morning. When I talked to the second location the next morning, they had NO trucks! I had to travel 45 minutes to get a truck that a regional manager was able to secure for me by calling individual customers and asking when they were returning their trucks. This added a stress to my move I didn't need, not to mention I had a bigger truck than I needed. All representatives I dealt with were extremely courteous but not letting me know ahead of time is bad business.
MATTHEW DDonna was very kind and professional. I appreciated everything she did to help my long distance move go smoothly.
