very small lot. called to dropoff, arrived 10-15 minutes later and no one there. rang bells, yelled, called 2 numbers and finally got ahold of the guy. friendly but just said to leave it and he would take care of it. oh well........

JEAN CMake sure the truck someone rents is clean, the truck I rented was not clean. But other than that everything else was good.

Stephen RWhoever is at the office to check in and out was not there at this location. I had to call the 1-866 number for them to contact someone to come to the “open” office with no one there. Once corporate called a contact number they were able to check me over the phone and through text link. Drop off wasn’t much better as there wasn’t anyone readily available to help check back in the rental. Good rental…poor customer service. I would choose a different rental location in Lewistown.
