Horrendous experience. Both attendants were rude, short, and ultimately put me in a bad situation when returning the vehicle. One of the attendants said it “wasn’t his responsibility” to tell me where to park the truck even though he told me where I couldn’t park the truck. This was after he told me to put the keys in the lockbox without going through any of the checkout procedures. I’ve already made a report with customer service but I will absolutely never go to this location ever again.

I was supposed to pick up at a different location. U-Haul changed this a couple of days before, I was supposed to have a MOBILE pickup. The APP did NOT work. EVEN AFTER I called and spoke with an agent on the phone, they couldn't assist me. This location was a gas station. There was a SIGN on the door that stated "be back in 10 minutes." Since NOTHING ELSE WORKED, I was forced to wait for ten minutes, hoping someone would arrive. They did... the whole thing set me back - time wise. It was unpleasant. The truck itself had NUMEROUS dents, scratches, and stickers on it. I took a lot of pictures because I didn't want to be held accountable for all of the small scratches and dents!!
Melinda APicking up a U-Haul at a gas station was rather odd, looking for a facility, GPS sent to a shell. Got the job done but while unloading with the hazards on, the battery died!

KEVIN JWhile pickup went smoothly, the fact that this location does not have anyone on-site who could assist customers when needed is a definite drawback. We were transferred to this location from the one we had selected because a truck ended up not being available at the location we originally selected over a month ahead of time. It seems pointless to select a location with good reviews if you can get transferred regardless of how much preplanning you do.
