First, our pick up time was changed from 9:30am to 11:00am. Then it took 1.5 hours to get truck because person was not able to get into system for reservation and people in charge was not answering the phones.

I said the location overall was bad because of : it was hidden, located behind abandoned businesses. Luckily it was daylight when I dropped the truck off and I was with someone for safety. The business at the Winchester location was closed at the time. It would have been helpful if someone was there. But overall dropping it off was easy to do.
Tajuana RReturning and parking truck on the busy road makes it tough to take appropriate pictures.
