The clerk was very nice and helpful. U-Hauls were not parked where they should have been. There was trash in the cab of U-Haul, it was very dirty and something was spilled in cup holder. It was very hard to close and lock the loading door. There was only 35 miles of gas in the tank.
Heather SThis was not my original pick up location. My original pickup location close before my arrival and did not provide the key in a lockbox despite checking in on the UHaul app. This resulted in multiple calls to customer service for approximately 1 hour looking for another truck. Once the truck was located I was required to drive approximately 15 miles to the new location and go through the check in process again. Terrible experience. I do not understand the point of the mobile App if you can not get the truck after hours.

Mark SI went and they said my truck that was “guaranteed” at 5pm was actually not available because of needing maintenance. I got 3+ phone calls from U-Haul before picking up my truck and none of them told me that I wouldn’t be able to get it. If there wasn’t an extra truck on the lot I wouldn’t have gotten one. That’s bad on U-Haul’s part, I think.
