ALAIN AI have pictures of how much gas was in it when I picked it up and picture of gas when I dropped it off. There were more gas in it and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I am not happy with this.
ROBERT PI would probably not use this place as a U-Haul anymore. The employees of this place do not know what they are doing and refused to give me the key to my U-Haul even though I showed him everything was taken care of online. I had to have someone from U-Haul call them and tell them I could have the key. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered and I have used U-Haul multiple times with no issues. Definitely steered me away from using it again for a while.
HUNTER LTrain the outlet on handled hooking up trailers. Thankfully I knew how but the person handling it had no idea and even said they never help hook up the trailer. I was told on the phone that they'd be able to hook it up and make sure everything was good. Didn't even check lights. Just took a photo of how I hooked it up and left.
