Use those “recorded conversations” to actually improve customer service rather than use as legal ammo to charging clients anyway. U-Haul literally has informational-only customer service with zero ability—or will?—to resolve customer issues.
CHARLES HThe drop off location in Lexington KY is mislabeled on your site as 767 E 7th St. The actual address is 615 E. 7th St. There is a gate that was open, but past reviews claim after hours drop off is not always possible as the gate is closed. This creates uncertainty when committing to an hour drive to drop off.
