Nothing. I had left my house keys locked in the truck at drop off and the woman who was working Dec. 14 made sure to fix it so that I could retrieve them promptly. Thanks!
MICHAEL RWe had to connect our trailer ourselves and unhook and park it when we returned because the office was closed due to staffing issues. This is not my normal experience when renting with uhaul.
