The lady at counter was really nice but my issue was that there had been damage to the front of the box- looked like a fork lift puncture in the front. It was not pointed out to me and I left message on Sunday and did not get return call.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the truck that was rented to me has a mechanical issue, it has an extreme shimmy/shake once the truck reaches 60 miles per hour. Could be a drive shaft issue. The truck is not safe to drive.
