Get some people in the store itself. It’s hard dealing with a virtual thing. I had the most horrific experience. I will never use you again. It was absolutely horrible. There was nobody around when I was supposed to pick up my truck. No one replied to phone calls or texts although the number clearly said to call when the store was due to be opened at 10 AM it wasn’t my truck was scheduled for a 915 pick up so if they weren’t gonna be open, why would you allow me to reserve that time Then when I’m reading further when I finally got some online chat they didn’t have the 15 foot truck that I had reserved bear in mind I had rented this or reserve this truck a month before I will never ever use U-Haul again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I had movers scheduled. I never got a truck until 10 after 10 and I had to go to an entirely different location so it was just terrible.
