I made a Reservation at this Location in person,1 week in advance for a 15’ Truck .When I showed to pick it up on April 9 was told they didn’t have a 15’ Truck and would have to take 20’ instead, I didn’t need a truck that big which turned out to be difficult backing down my driveway to load,isn’t that the purpose of making a Reservation ? Not sure I was charged more for larger Truck but probably paid more for Fuel.

All so easy and convenient

WALLACE HWent to another location and reserved a truck but when I went to pick it up it wasn't available.So they sent me to this location and they didn't have the same size truck I had reserved. So now I had to pay for a bigger truck that I didn't want because I was stuck!!!
RICHARD CStaff did not help me load the trailer I rented. Lady said her knee hurts.
