The U Haul had a very strong cigarette odor. Runningthe AC was nearly impossible due to the odor. Cigarette ash was inside the truck as well.

Nicole SOnly issue I had was getting the code for the key through an app which I did not have or have access to because I did not have a password. Luckily, my son-in-law was there and navigated it on his phone.
Spurgeon SThe trailer looked like it was in a fine condition for my trip from West Columbia SC to Merritt Island FL. When I looked over the trailer and noticed the new tires I was glade to see that. But when I was pulling the trailer I was getting a weird vibration through the truck. I thought it was just the road vibrations. But when the tire blew in FL and changed the trailer pulled smoothly all the way to my destination. Inclusion the tire was faulty from the start. Don't know if it was a tire defect or balanced and mounted wrong.
