Aaron PThe inside of the van was not clean when I picked up. There was sand all over the floor and stuff on the floor mat in the back. The dashboard area looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. When I picked up the uhaul, the lady working the counter was not nice and a little rude. I did my check in and check out online, this service shouldn't be offered if those renting the uhaul won't necessarily honor it.
