Only issue I had was getting the code for the key through an app which I did not have or have access to because I did not have a password. Luckily, my son-in-law was there and navigated it on his phone.

The trailer looked like it was in a fine condition for my trip from West Columbia SC to Merritt Island FL. When I looked over the trailer and noticed the new tires I was glade to see that. But when I was pulling the trailer I was getting a weird vibration through the truck. I thought it was just the road vibrations. But when the tire blew in FL and changed the trailer pulled smoothly all the way to my destination. Inclusion the tire was faulty from the start. Don't know if it was a tire defect or balanced and mounted wrong.

Tisha CService was poor. Person behind desk was flustered trying to handle phone calls and two customers in the store all at one time. It would have been fine if she remained calm as myself and the other customer were very patient and not demanding. The wait was long but not a problem except that the agent was completely on edge. The agent pointed thru the window at the 8x12 enclosed trailer that was mine. She asked that I go ahead and hook up while she did paperwork. This was not possible as the trailer required being manually lifted onto the ball and I was not quite strong enough to do it alone. The agent came out and helped eventually. She did not explain anything about the trailer or inspect it with me as the check in online requested. I then drove the trailer 2 miles home and realized that one of the four tires was flat. I removed the tire to get a better look and realized that there were at least 4 nails in the tire. The tire next to it also had a nail. We called U-Haul and fortunately they were able to respond and replace two tires. I’m thankful for that but it also put us a couple of hours behind on our moving.

Christian TThe lady who helped me, I believe her name is Glenda, was AMAZING! I had a bad experience at a different U-haul location. When I arrived to get my rental, there was no one there in the office. They left a note with a number, which I called, and the gentleman said he was out making deliveries. I called the 5351 Augusta Road location and Glenda was immediately on top of it. I highly recommend this location! Excellent communication and excellent customer service! The truck was very clean and the air conditioning was better than my own car! We really appreciated that on such a hot day that we were moving.

Wayne G$70 To rent a car hauler trailer for only 2.5 hours is ridiculous. Would have been cheaper to call a tow truck. I'll know better next time and not waste the money. Ladies at this location are super nice and very helpful.

LONNIE ABoth ladies assisted me the day I needed a truck. Although I needed a bigger size truck they were able to give me a smaller truck to use for my moving that day. As I reserved a bigger size truck at a different location which was given away I was pleases with the customer service at this location that day.

DEAN KI made a Reservation at this Location in person,1 week in advance for a 15’ Truck .When I showed to pick it up on April 9 was told they didn’t have a 15’ Truck and would have to take 20’ instead, I didn’t need a truck that big which turned out to be difficult backing down my driveway to load,isn’t that the purpose of making a Reservation ? Not sure I was charged more for larger Truck but probably paid more for Fuel.

WALLACE HWent to another location and reserved a truck but when I went to pick it up it wasn't available.So they sent me to this location and they didn't have the same size truck I had reserved. So now I had to pay for a bigger truck that I didn't want because I was stuck!!!

SOLOMON SGet some people in the store itself. It’s hard dealing with a virtual thing. I had the most horrific experience. I will never use you again. It was absolutely horrible. There was nobody around when I was supposed to pick up my truck. No one replied to phone calls or texts although the number clearly said to call when the store was due to be opened at 10 AM it wasn’t my truck was scheduled for a 915 pick up so if they weren’t gonna be open, why would you allow me to reserve that time Then when I’m reading further when I finally got some online chat they didn’t have the 15 foot truck that I had reserved bear in mind I had rented this or reserve this truck a month before I will never ever use U-Haul again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I had movers scheduled. I never got a truck until 10 after 10 and I had to go to an entirely different location so it was just terrible.
