Emma BWorld wide auto doesnt exist. There is a camper on a big lot with a piece of paper on the door that says "call one of these three phone numbers for a uhaul" Clearly no one is ever there. We paid for a dolly and had to get it removed from our bill because there was no one there to give us one. I am 5 months pregnant and cant lift anything heavy - so my husband had to do all the lifting. Customer service wasnt much help. I rented this truck in advance. I feel like I did uhauls job for them and uhaul doesnt pay me. The app kept spazzing and not working so i had to uninstall it and use the browser version. The browser version wouldnt allow me to submit photos of the gas and odometer when we initially got the truck. The "submit" button to move to the next page WOULD NOT light up for me to click it no matter how many times I tried. It took our time that we had with the uhaul from us doing uhauls job checking odometer readings, mileage pictures, going on a scavenger hunt for the key box, and looking for a person but finding a camper in the middle of a lot. Needless to say I will NEVER depend on uhaul again. Moving is stressful enough on its own.
