I called the location via phone: dropped the vehicle off near the building where he advised me to drop it off. placed the key in the key drop box. never met the person or entered the drop off location.

I had to rate the location as poor because we were given the wrong code to unlock our UHAUL. We phoned in to have rep give us a code that actually did work.
Michael CThe address was a vacant building with a Dropbox. The Uhaul rep appeared from an adjacent building. It was confusing as to where to return the truck. Nice guy, helpful, once he showed up.
GERARD FThe truck was leaking power steering fluid everywhere, breaks were slow to respond, and the truck was almost impossible to steer at slow speeds. I would have returned the truck and gone somewhere else, but I was in a hurry to move and didn’t have the time.
