The location and folks at Anderson great! The phone agents for customer service were rude unhelpful and were wrong about so much. They said location not open, wouldn’t help w app and old profile that had same phone but not name. Couldn’t get keys due to error on map. Wasted 1.5 because of the issues w app and browser. Info on location open hours wrong as well. They keep keys inside for pickup not in lock box after all! Horrible agents on phone trying to get help! Not everyone can or wants to use smartphone or apps
