The lady that was working there that checked my U-Haul trailer in as I was dropping it off was rude, careless, Karen, she suggested I drop the U-Haul off and push it to a spot instead of backing it uo safely, also as she was working with a customer as in me she was on a personal call and she was ignoring me. The lady that was working As I was picking the trailer up was amazing.
