Danielle from customer service was rude. Perhaps U Haul should teach customer service Hello, thank you, please and good bye. Too many hoops to jump thru. Data base for repeating customers perhaps. You don't ask questions and then just hang up while I was asking a question.
DOUGLAS KIt was a easy drop off situation. I could not find anybody there I think that they were off for the day, but finding a place to park the truck was very clear and easy, and the key drop off box was easily found it was safe and secure. This drop off area is a great location as it's just up the block from a gas station, so there's no excuse not to have it full LOL.
Peter KMr. Pratt was very professional. Drop off was a breeze. Great service location makes U-Haul look good.
