I made an after-hours drop off, so I didn’t interact with anyone. I really wanted to rate the pickup location but the survey forced me to also rate the drop-off location (including the personnel there I never interacted with) to do that.

Mike GIt was a last minute change to pick up location, which caused delays to our agenda and schedule.
Peter BThere wasn't anything special about the location. Location was clean (for an autobody repair shop), but not inviting. I processed the drop-off through the U-Haul app, so there was little to no onsite interaction. Drop-off location was convenient as it was in-town (unlike the pickup location selected by U-Haul). My experience of processing the booking, rental, pickup, drop-off, etc through the U-Haul app was stellar.
