There wasn't anything special about the location. Location was clean (for an autobody repair shop), but not inviting. I processed the drop-off through the U-Haul app, so there was little to no onsite interaction. Drop-off location was convenient as it was in-town (unlike the pickup location selected by U-Haul). My experience of processing the booking, rental, pickup, drop-off, etc through the U-Haul app was stellar.

Daniel BI am rating this location poorly due to the fact that the gentleman (Chris I believe) who helped load the car dolly onto my truck was rude. When we connected the wire harness to the truck, the right light failed to come on. He said that’s normal and stated that the light only activated when you step on the brake. Having owned a number of trailers in the past, I knew this was wrong. He insisted that’s how it worked. I pulled the wire out from the wheel well and noticed a broken wire. I touched the two wires and the light came on. He then said they didn’t have anyone on site to fix the wire and told me I could go inside and get a refund. I told him it’s an easy fix and I would do it myself of which I did. The rest of the staff were absolutely professional in every way possible. Saying statements like Chris did to customers is very unprofessional and places the renter in a bad situation.

BONNIE BThe drop-off process is WAY too long, confusing and unnecessary. Taking 7 or 8 pictures is overkill…not to mention having to do it after I had already walked all the way across the parking lot, only to then have to turn around and walk back to take the pictures. I rent cars almost weekly…I just drop it off and no need to take pictures, etc. zero reason for this with renting a truck.

ARCADIO DLeft front tire was at 30 PSI when I got to my load location, 3 miles away. Had to pump it up with a bicycle pump first and then pay for air to get more in it later. Also, realized the Radio Antenna was missing. Had to fashion an antenna with a Shirt hanger for my trip....

Ryan, Kayla, Jeff amd everybody at Cornerstone are always first class folks to deal with. We bring them all of our car repairs so when we needed to rent a truck there was no question where we would go.

TARAS SStaff was friendly. Vehicle was ready and waiting outside office. Staff explained condition (which was excellent, including recently washed) and fuel tank location (which side) and their expectations of the condition of the vehicle when we returned. Great Job.

DEREK CI turned in the truck 35 hours ago at this location ... two days early ... and I still have not received my check-in confirmation or final drop-off documentation from this location. My check-in was accomplished on the telephone with U-Haul Customer Service because neither my U-Haul app not the website were functioning properly.
