JANICE BWe used a car hauler. The ratchet straps were a little stiff and really needed some lubricant. Overall a very pleasant experience. The shop owner was very helpful, very personable. Would definitely recommend these folks
BRIAN BThe owner is fantastic and good to work with. The only recommendation I would have would be for the truck lot to be lighted a bit better; and maybe have some gravel. Returning a truck in the dark when it is raining (which we did) made both of these things stand out. U-Haul should finance this for the location owner, who again, is fantastic. Thank you!
