My drop off location was changed from the one i had scheduled. At the new location the guy did not know what was going on. He asked me to move the trailer around for him which wasn’t a big deal but then did not check it in. How is it I receive a call from u haul the following week asking did i drop off the trailer. This is unacceptable. Then i get the receipt stating the drop off was at 11:45 when i dropped it off before 8:30am. I will verify my credit card to make sure i was not charged any extra fees.

The gentleman that came outside to disconnect trailer had no idea how to do it. I returned the trailer on Thursday. I had til Sunday to return and got charged an extra day.

MATTHEW HThis location was not prepared for pick up or drop off of my rental. They had no idea what they were doing. Charged me for gas when I returned it with the same amount in the tank. Very poor customer service. I would never use this location again.
Thomas JThis drop off location was a small gas station. I had to back a 26 ft truck in here which was extremely difficult. The personnel didn’t speak very good English and I asked for a receipt for my drop off and she said I’ll see it on my app. My truck wasn’t marked returned on the app until 2 days later causing me to panic because I didn’t want to pay extra. I called customer service and the drop off site wouldn’t answer the phone to confirm. Everything turned out to be fine but it wasn’t a smooth and easy process.
