This location evidently is never visited by a real human. The building is literally falling down. There’s absolutely no one there to help you. I knew you could rent and return a truck or van digitally, but I assumed during working hours someone would be there. There was not.
DAVID BThere was not personnel on site - possibly due to the ice storm, but still the drop off was super simple, signs were clearly marked and key drop was easy to access.
