The truck was almost out of gas and the back end was not swept out. It was such a hassle to check in through the App. I had to take a photo of my license four times before it took it. It said “Internal error.”
Wallace MSome tips about how to raise the door on the trailer would be helpful. I drove all the way to the Uhaul center in Tyler because I couldn't get the door to budge. Turns out it's a very easy fix if you know what to do:. Standing on the bumper and leaning on the door gets it open easily. If you don't know this simple strategy, you might have to wait hours for help. Otherwise I had very little trouble renting only from the app.
