Make sure the battery isn't dead. I had paid people that were at location to help me move and they sat around goofing off until I got an operator to help me get another truck. Then I had to go through the long procedure to check it out. Very annoying.

Kenneth SThe colored lady that checked me in when dropping off in Longview was rude to me and my helpers to the point I was requesting someone else to check me in. She was screaming and yelling at people in parking lot and told me she likes to let it out and vent and I asked her not to take out on me. I dropped my truck off at the Longview location that looks like the best location in Longview. Someone needs to get their grandma off the work schedule cause she is flying off the handle being rude and disrespectful for this reason I believe it was a one star experience. I don’t want anyone I know to have to deal with that lady either. By the way she is the woman checking in the trucks at the biggest Longview uhaul location open in the afternoon on saturdays.
