Everything was great, but the app is really clunky, I’ve used it in the past and it worked good sometimes. Always having to allow your location was a problem at the beginning because it couldn’t see that I was at the pick up location. So I had to call for assistance. And then the app reset after I move the truck to be able to take a picture of the side like it requests. So I had to call for assistance again. Upon returning it, the question asks list the driven mileage, I don’t know how many miles I drove, it happens there was an area manager. , it happens. There was an area manager, checking on the vehicles checking on the vehicles there., And he explained that it was asking for the odometer reading. But he was kind enough to return the truck for me. Since the app didn’t explain it correctly.

Brandi WI would not recommend to anybody it was so confusing that the guy that they’re in the building with and has no relation to the U-Haul company had to help me out in order to get me a U-Haul with the information provided from him if this fella is gonna run the U-Haul then you might wanna man somebody there put somebody in there. It’s so confusing.

CHRISTOPHER GThis location evidently is never visited by a real human. The building is literally falling down. There’s absolutely no one there to help you. I knew you could rent and return a truck or van digitally, but I assumed during working hours someone would be there. There was not.
