Out in the middle of nowhere I was only send here because the nearest bigger centre had no availability for the size of truck I wanted, ended up I still got a bigger truck. Nobody walked me through checking out the vehicle just handed the key and signed documents.

We were told because we returned it with extra fuel we would get credit back for the fuel. I contacted U-Haul and they said no. They told me it was in the contract however I didn’t read anything until after the move because it was sent in email after we were driving. Therefore I give U-Haul a big 0

Sarunas JDon’t believe the hours of operation. I was there for 7 and the place was closed. The shop owner made me go into his storage area to dig out the appliance dolly. And the price for renting a u haul is insanely expensive. Was not happy with my experience.
