Too expensive.
MARISSA TMake sure the equipment is clean. So the next person isn’t charged the cleaning fees.
anna nThe location was fine. The equipment was poor. I was sent to this location from Porterville as the auto transport trailer there had a cut tie down strap. The trailer at this location had a flat tire. Luckily there was a tire repair place right around the corner so I was able to get the tire repaired and on my way. Uhaul needs to do a better job on checking in and maintaining equipment.
Mike MThe personal here were also extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Miguel was informative and even backed the trailer into the spot for me which was extremely kind after the long journey we had just made. I informed him of the issues we had with the trucks performance and he directed me to call the uhaul costumer service number. He said he would file the truck with the maintenance/mechanic to have them go over the truck before putting it back into rental rotation so that the next customer would not have the same negative driving experience that we had.The drop off location was close and convenient. Only a mile from our new home! All of the people I have been in contact who work for uhaul are all extremely professional and highly skilled in their positions. Other than the vehicle issues the overall experience has been great and made our move a lot less stressful and much more tolerable.
