The rental was stuck in the snow/ice and we had to wait for almost an hour to have it pulled out. The back door was frozen and the rental agent had to literally kick and bang it to open. You would think if they know the renter is coming they would have their vehicles ready for pick up. They did however allow us to pick up the truck half an hour after closing time so that at least was a positive.

IMAD NExcellent service from a great team. Jason was outstanding—he helped arrange and hook up the trailer, clearly explained all rules and regulations, and was very flexible with the return time. A great overall experience, Highly recommend. In addition Jason and his team also did a great job installing a hitch on my CR-V—completed quickly and at a very reasonable price.
