The self pick up would prevent me from “ever” using U haul again. The app did “NOT” work and it took over an hour with support before I was able to use the vehicle. The support I received from “Lucy” over the phone was very good and It could fault her in NO way for the App that did NOT work. Over an HOUR! My pick up time was 8:00 am and the location was a convience store! I would expect this type of location to have regular business hours. It seems to me that as a result, I am left to do all the work and sort out the problem while the person(s) providing the truck are still in bed! Worst App I’ve ever used and very disappointed in the lack on no onsite support!

bevbob eI was very impressed with the customer service at this location. Unfortunately I don't know the man's name that owns/manages this location, but he was very good! He was amazingly calm when there were a few customers in line. I would definitely recommend the Listowel location at the Asian G Market.
Diane BWe were quoted $40 and ended up being$80 charge. Very poor experience. Will not be using this dealer in Listowel ever again.
