They charged me for appliance dolly $15 and I never gotten the item. I called and called them but never responded back. I even left a message to them, still no answer. They have a very poor customer service.

The attendant seemed annoyed and appeared to be too aggravated to explain the process even after I explained it was my first time renting a U-Haul. The truck smelled horrible. I ordered a dolly but he informed me they don’t have a dolly didn’t offer a refund. I never used the truck only drove it from U-Haul facility. And drove it back to U-Haul facility never even opened back hatch.
Venus WFinding the location was a bit difficult as the only thing identifying it was a small sign in the window.
DANIEL BI was charged extra fees because they didn't check to see if the key was returned or not .
