I was charged extra fees because they didn't check to see if the key was returned or not .

Susan JI scheduled my pick up for 12:00p, and received a phone call the evening before asking if I could pick up an hour or two later because the attendant that would be present at my requested time did not know how to properly release the vehicles. I agreed to meet with the gentleman an hour later than scheduled but when I arrived he was not there. I ended up being connected with someone over the phone named David who helped to walk me through checking out the vehicle which was done completely over the phone and the attendant behind the counter of the gas station just gave me the keys to the truck. I'm not sure why I needed to change my pick up time if everything was completed over the phone. Thankfully I was still able to make the shift in time work with the movers that I arranged to load the truck but this could have ended up really bad if David was unable to assist me at that time.
