No self service at the location. Guy was rude and didn't put the correct gas amount causing my balance to be higher then the day before when I used a uhaul at another location in McDonough Ga traveled to lithonia and back to McDonough for drop off my bill was cheaper than this uhaul experience that was local and only used for 1Hr. Very poor customer service guy was yelling and hostile when I confronted him about being scammed. The building smelled of Marijuana an he never wanted to correct the mistake saying call uhaul he isn't uhaul an it was not his fault because he can't change gas nor milage he just clicks clicks clicks i told him he just doesn't know what he is doing or deliberately tried to make me pay more
