Cabin was pretty dirty with food debris, steering wheel was sticky, and the cup holder was coming apart. Truck worked, but is definitely in need of maintenance. Condition of the truck should reflect on Stonecrest Tires and Auto, I felt that they were great.
Casey KI went to the location to drop off the truck, the person at the location told me he does not have space that i can drop off next door, when i went next door, i handed the key and parked the truck , the guy told me i am all set, he did not give any receipt , so I came back and finally another person was able to finish properly the process

Taleasia RThe Uhaul team needs to be more thorough in making sure each location has the proper equipment that clients are booking for. Also, informing the local workers on the information they need in order to properly facilitate clients. The reason I scored my experience so high is merely because of the man working at the location I picked up from. He was funny, pleasant, accommodating, and willing to figure things out with me.

Iris HWas overcharged for fuel and mileage. Charged for 20 miles I went 6 miles. Charged for Dolly but Dolly was not included. I couldn't use truck because I needed Dolly that they didn't include. Will be disputing entire charge with credit card company.
