The truck that was rented was NOT there, I was assigned another truck in which was paid for however I did not leave until 1 hour and a half after my pick up time. I was not able to turn the truck in without processing a new payment which was an inconvenience to me! Only to find out I was given a 15” not a 10”. I spoke to Byron who identified as the regional manager but was not able to help as he was in a “meeting “ I WILL NEVER RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!!
