UH called a few days before. Original location I picked did not have the trailer needed so this wans next best option. That was a mistake. Basically a gas station with a couple of trailers. Nothing was ready. Trailer was plowed in with snow. Tongue was frozen with snow and ice. Had to bang it off several times with my tools to get hook up loose enough to attached to ball. Register clerk did the check on on her phone and did not know any details about the trailer. She made it very clear she had not done trailers before and was not going to help with anything. Not rude, just not helpful. Found out tail light did not work after leaving. Prob took me almost an hour from time I arrived to leaving, way too long.

Bradley HCustomer service was poor. They tried to send me to a different uhaul destination point that was further than my original one. Uhaul itself was in rough shape on the outside (lots of dents and scrapes) and it was dirty on the outside and inside (muddy all over the ground, crumbs on the seat). I called customer service immediately upon getting into the vehicular and seeing it for the first time, and they said a manager would reach out to me about all of this. Manager never called.
Alexandria EMost horrid experience ever! I will never rent again! And 30.00 money back not enough. Tried for 1.5 hrs to talk to some one to get help and they U-Haul couldn’t do it either. Had to back track to get another truck and were 2 hrs. Behind when we got new truck with people waiting. Never again!!!!!!
