Help with hookup and someone to check to be sure it was done correctly so it wouldn’t come off while driving as not all hitches are the same.

Internet didnt work at rental place when I picked up and had to wait around for 30 minutes and was late where I was going. Trailer was dirty and covered in sand and dirt. When I returned it 1 person working at gas station that said they knew nothing about the return process and I had to do it online. Will not be renting from location again and maybe not with uhaul at all in the future.
