Didn't get the dolly I requested. Had to drop off and pick up from different locations, making me have to provide an additional ride to and from.

There was no personnel at the Dry Creek location
LUZ DHad requested blankets and was charged for them but were not available. Told me that I had to go 10 miles down the road to get them what the heck??? Either you can support customers or not . If products are not available then don't advertise them
Wayne TNo 2 wheeler at check in, didn’t take it off my bill. Truck had trash in it
Patrick SJuan was excellent and very helpful, other than when we called to ask questions about the rental and he kept stopping to help other customers without tell us, so all of the sudden in the middle of the conversation you could hear that he put the phone down and was talking to other people.
