Reina CDon't fault the personnell helpful NO when it was an after hour drop off. But it was clear where to drop the keys. Lets talk about the check out app. We missed the correct shots because when we finished the dashboard photo the app didn't indicate there would be other photos required. So we dropped the keys in the drop off box. Then thinking I was going to hit finish we found that there would be additional photos to take that would need us to open doors. That's aggravating for me...I just want to get out of there and get on my way. It's a training opportunity, I'll know next time what to do.
