We first had our U-Haul pick up at Swamp rental. We arrived 15 minutes early before 12 o’clock our pick up time and no U-Haul was registered to us. Nobody was at that location to handle anything even though the other hours said 9 to 6. That being said our new location was amazing. Charles handled everything perfect so we started off as a shitty experience with U-Haul turned out to be a great one could be happier thank you.
