I was diverted to this location after being sent to a location in Demopolus, AL that had been closed for months. This was AFTER being diverted from the location in Tuscaloosa where I had initially reserved the trailer. This cost me an additional four hours of my time and a tank of gas. Uhaul only offered a $50 discount for trouble. Grade: F. Note: Gentleman at McVays was very nice and helpful but Uhaul reservations failed miserably.
