Office lady was very direct and unwilling to answer questions without attitude...not a good p.r. rep...too affected by stress...in my opinion, needs some stress management counseling.

The unit I requested weeks in advance was not available and was given a 24 notice to this. I was blessed from the staff at Whistler with there local unit the size I requested was needing a P.M. in the city I was headed to.

RONALD RWhistler Towing, where we dropped off the trailer was excellent! The staff here have helped us before with other issues we've had when we've been in Montana and they are really fantastic. Great customer service and a well-run business. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future! We also appreciate that they showed us how to properly hook up the trailer because the place where we originally picked up our trailer in Maryland did not properly hook it up.
