Everything about it is great (5 star) except the area where you need to stand to hook up the trailer could have less mud. Makes a mess inside my vehicle.

Allen GClean, yes, but 10 minutes into trip, trailer had a tire blow out and we had to wait 3 hours for assistance. This caused quite a delay into a 5 hour delivery trip. Trailer was NOT over loaded.
