I done my reservation on line and went to pick it up none available it was given to someone else that got there before me and then they gave me a 20 and that wasn't running good then they gave me a pick up truck which it raind so I couldn't use it until Sunday UHaul is not reliable I went from a van to a pickup truck

ED D.The location was great but the U-Haul website is TERRIBLE. Ever single time I make a reservation on U-Haul.com and reserve a truck at my local hardware store, U-Haul confirms the reservation and then send ma another confirmation at a U-Haul no where near my house. I call my local hardware store and they have NO RECORD of the reservation at their place so I end up having to cancel the reservation at a site 20 miles from my house and do it all again at the hardware store near my house I reserved it for in the website. I don't know it this is U-Haul way to do a bait and switch to make more money in the mileage but it's happened multiple times, is time consuming and just ridiculous. This is on U-Haul NOT the hardware store I got the truck from. U-Haul.xom SUCKS
