the cargo van was extremely dirty, covered in salt and dirt, the front grill had 2" think of this muck. The windows, mirrors and backup camera were so bad I could not use them. I had to wash off as much as possible in the freezing cold to be able to even utilize the van. I had called and made a complaint to UHaul and sent a couple of photos. Also when I picked up the van, I asked don't you wash these vehicles and I got a very curt answer "no we don't wash them." The worst customer service. I feel I am owed something from UHaul

KEVIN TThe truck I used has a wheel alignment issue so the highway driving wasn't great, almost had to go very slow at times so the truck wouldn't be all over rjw road. Other than that everyone invyin my rent was great, I'll be using them again for future jobs
