They were supposed to change our drop off location to the U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Davenport 3616 W Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52806. When we went to drop it off we were told we had to return it at another location or the cost would be double

From pick up to return everything went smoothly.
JACK FI hired 2 moving helpers for 3 hours from Midwest Movers and they only sent 1 helper. I asked for 50% refund off the charge but refused to do so. Where I come from That Is NOT right
