I was called the day before drop off and told my drop off location didn’t work, no explanation. I missed the call so the voicemail said call back and gave me the standard number. I did not receive any call beyond the one failed attempt to reach me. When I called back I had to wait on hold for an hour to help uhaul fix their issue with my reservation, and they wound up sending me to Lombard instead of a drop off location in Lincoln park. The whole experience was bad.

Make sure the system that tells you if the vehicle fits is correct. Rended a tow dolly based on the system and it did NOT fit on the dolly unless I removed the bumper.
